New Building Plans

In 2009 Faith Independent Baptist Church committed to the purchase of 20 acres of land to be paid off over a five year period. In about ten months the money had been raised to fully purchase the land and it was paid off on August 1, 2010 during a Sunday "Pay-off Celebration."

In October, 2010 Continental Baptist Missions agreed to assist us in building our new building by providing some of the labor as well as the expertise needed to develop and then build the structure.

Below is the semi-final plan for the new building which we will start as soon as the money is in hand. At current pricing, Phase I is expected to cost about $650,000. This price includes building the main structure, terracing the parking areas, site work and other initial costs for new construction. Phase II is indicated in the picture by red dotted lines and also includes the covered drive-thru.
